Meet Kait! ๐ชท๐ Her passion for movement and discipline began early, rooted in her years as a gymnast and cheerleader. ๐คธ๐ฃ After college cheerleading, she felt something was missing โ the connection to her body and the strength she once took for granted. Old injuries began to surface, bringing persistent discomfort that her doctors struggled to ease. When one suggested yoga, Kait decided to give it a try โ and it changed everything. ๐คฏ๐
Through consistent practice, her pain began to fade, replaced by a renewed sense of strength and self-awareness. What started as a search for physical healing quickly became something much deeper. Now, as a teacher, Kait shares that same sense of empowerment with her students, guiding them to find balance, confidence, and connection within themselves.
In her classes, you can expect dynamic flows that build strength, stability, and mindfulness โ blending challenge, presence, and a touch of playfulness. ๐ค๐ช
Off the mat, Kait loves curling up with a good book, planning her next getaway, or rewatching her favorite comfort shows (The Vampire Diaries and Gilmore Girls, of course). ๐๐บ๏ธ
