Our Assisted Living and Independent Living residents finally completed the iSpy bag puzzles for our Memory Care unit! No matter whether a resident is a member of one of our Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care communities, our SPARK program has something for everyone! Our goal is to build a community, where people want to live, rather than just settling for basic adequacy. Inspiring contribution, productivity and engagement from all of our residents is our mission.

Happy Cinco De Mayo!! In honor of Mexico’s victory over the second French empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862, our residents got together and made mocktail margaritas! Mary said they were delicious!

Let’s get gardening! Our resident leader, Heidi, has put in the WORK to make our courtyard gorgeous! We’ve planted all of the flowers we bought at the Bellevue Nursery a few weeks ago as well as planted a few seeds of our own. Join us for Gardening Club on Mondays and Thursdays at 12pm in the courtyard!

It’s with a heavy heart that we shared with our residents and families that Sagebrook Senior Living in Bellevue will be closing its doors on June 30th. We would like to formally invite EVERYONE to celebrate the end of an era with us on May 10th at 2pm. There will be food, fun, and lots of memories! We hope to see family, friends, past residents, past employees, and current members of the community next Wednesday!

Flowerpot Painting! Our resident Pat is trying to summon Spring by helping us paint some flowerpots for the courtyard! Tune in on our facebook later this week to see the finished product!

Grateful for these sunny days while we hang up birdseed ornaments on our tree in the courtyard! Pat is a fan of any activity that has to do with animals so we knew making these ornaments would be the perfect activity for her. Hopefully, with consistent sunny days, we’ll be able to put our courtyard cusions out soon and enjoy the beautiful outdoors!

Spring Décor Painting! Our residents Howard and Pat got together to paint some new decorations for the building! Howard went with a darker, warm themed flower, while Pat went the bright & colorful route. We are so happy to display our very own residents artwork around the community! Field Trip! Our residents went plant shopping at Bellevue Nursery today and picked out some beautiful flowers to put into our courtyard! Yesterday was national pet day and to celebrate our resident Mary made peanut butter dog treats. She loved using our new mini cookie cutters, her favorite was the pumpkin shape!
We used these treats later in the day during our pet therapy session and they were a hit! Stop by the front desk and pick some up for your pup to try!
