🌿 Does mom guilt sound familiar? 💭
Motherhood is full of emotions including feeling “not good enough” or that you “don’t deserve” to take a break. Sometimes that guilt may show up for different reasons including taking time for yourself or losing your cool.
Remember that just because you “feel” guilty it doesn’t mean you have to let it define you. Some mom guilt is common, valid and to some extent normal.

• Adjust your expectations.
• Offer yourself some compassion instead of criticism.
• Do one thing you enjoy despite the guilt.
• Give yourself grace on the rough days.
• Name one thing you’re proud of yourself for.
• Find a healthy outlet to express yourself & decompress (music, journaling, therapy, support group, body movement).
