Welcome! ✨

Chris joined the Silverado Bellingham team in May 2025. Prior to joining the team, she worked for a Senior Living company as a regional nurse overseeing Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout Washington state.
Chris states that “fond childhood memories with my grandmother were my very first experience with memory care. There the seed was planted and throughout my nursing career, my love of caring for seniors grew. This gained knowledge of memory impairing diseases was insightful when it came time to care for my own family members.”
When not at Silverado, Chris enjoys time at home being outside with family, gardening and baking.

At Silverado Bellingham, pets are a big part of everyday life! From wagging tails to gentle purrs, our furry friends bring comfort, joy, and connection to our residents and team. Whether it’s a therapy visit or a resident pet, animals help make our community feel even more like home. 💙

It is a time to stand in solidarity with the more than 55 million people worldwide living with Alzheimer's and other dementias, as well as their caregivers and families.
