Come join us for our second rendition of our Women’s Introduction to Resistance training course! Similar to our first offering, this class will be held over a 6-week period beginning on Tuesday, January 6th. The focus of the course will be to teach and progress the fundamentals of resistance training.

WHO: Women who are new to resistance training, or who are looking to continue to grow their confidence in strength training fundamentals.

WHAT: A small group, 6-week strength training course with progressive exercise programming.

WHEN: January 6th - February 12th on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30am-7:30am.

Cannot thank our village enough for everyone’s Herculean rally to move our clinic next door to 707 E. Holly St. last week!

As of October 1st, we’ve been relishing in our new clinic, which boasts a gym that’s almost 6x as big as our former gym and has 4 treatment rooms.

Couldn’t be more grateful to for giving a home 4 years ago and couldn’t be more stoked to be moving just next door.

And a huge thank you to all the incredible people who made this move possible, most notably . The village showed up for Green Mountain PT and we are feeling the love and support far and wide. “Thank you” doesn’t do justice!

Cheers to the beginning of our next chapter at Green Mountain PT!
