From every fitness myth, new fad diet, hyped bio hack, secret ingredient no one has or has seen yet, athlete paid endorser/actor, big pecs & arms guy or gal, peptide this or that, jungle berry we just found, etc. You name it. I avoid it if it sounds โeasyโ or a โshortcutโ. ๐

Believe me, I have tried a lot of them and have finally realized, there is no getting around the work. The discipline. The eating clean. The *right* supplementation for specific nutritional gaps. Consistency. Long term vision. CONSISTENCY!!! Oh wait, I said that already๐
I have always struggled with my weight, an over weight adolescent, eating disorders as a teen, tried every drastic fad diet....
I was the queen of Yo-Yo dieting ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
I still enjoy dinner out and on occasional drink, allow myself occasional sweets around the holidays. But these days I try to remember that food is fuel to burn the fire, so I make it count ๐ช And I donโt feel deprived at all!
This is a lifestyle choice for me and I love it.
