Dry needling with stim is a powerful tool. It can help a lot for muscle guarding, pain, and restoring normal muscle recruitment. We’ve been using it with great success in Bellingham for nearly 2 years now. The focus will always be progressive load strategies, but dry needling has truly been a game changer for getting people better faster and for helping those that didn’t respond to previous treatment approaches.

Dry needling with E-stim for the win! Received a text this morning from an Achilles repair client that’s had a rough go of getting the muscle to activate/fire nearly a year out from surgery. A couple sessions of stim and a bit of coaching and he’s back on the saddle for the first time. Always love it when people are able to work their way back into what they love! The needling video details the treatment with a different client.

Leni Grace joined us 10/24! Ben will be taking the month of November off from patient care but is still around to stave off that dad bod and doing admin tasks if you need anything. We’re super grateful and fortunate to have looking out for our people! He’s a really great sports PT with availability. is lucky to have him!!

Been using the Tindeq for objective strength / force output testing for several months now with post-op knees, shoulders, and Achilles ruptures. Do you have a return to running or return to sport plan or are you just guessing? There’s a reason ~30% of ACL repairs re-tear after returning to play within the first 2 years. Most protocols call for 90% quad symmetry post ACL repair prior to returning to sport, I prefer 95%. If you’re not getting tested your numbers may surprise you 😳. Only 55% of athletes return to their prior level of performance. I’d say there’s a widespread sports rehab problem. We’re here to give you your best chance.

Super proud of Andre for putting in the work and coming back from a grade 2 hamstring tear only to break his state record! Was grateful to be part of his athletic journey. If you don't want your healthcare to be mismanaged with important life events on the line, look no further. There's immense value in getting the right care the first time. Squalicum WA's Andre Korbmacher lowered his state meet record of 13.80 to 13.74 to win the 2A boys 110m hurdle state title at the Washington WIAA Outdoor State Championships at Mt. Tahoma High School in Tacoma on Friday.
