As winter draws to an end, I wanted to share some of my favorite self-care tips and ideas that sustain me throughout the year🌤️

-Life is busy, schedule time for yourself💆‍♀️

-Remember to eat well and stay hydrated— your body will serve you best when properly fueled🥝

-Create a space that inspires you✨ take the time to organize your space and make it work for you, not the other way around

This is by no means an extensive list, just a few of my favorite things to remember for myself😊
