Do you have 2 minutes? Then you have time to work on your functional strength and capacity. Sprinkle this throughout your day. All it takes is one kettle bell or two dumbbells. It’s not about what you do, it’s about how you do it and your consistency. Invest 2 minutes three 2-3 times a day. Accumulation works.

*this is for if you have already progressed through a corrective program with your PT and are not actively in pain. If you have pain doing these exercises, first check your alignment and engagement, then either lower the weight or decrease the depth of the movement. If it is still painful, stop and spend another week or two on your corrective exercises before attempting again.*
