From all of us at FE Hot Yoga and Fitness Evolution - Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends and family!!!

We will be closed today for the Thanksgiving holiday (No Group X or Yoga) so our instructors can spend time with their families and loved ones.

We'll be back to our regular schedule on Friday, November 26th!

😍 ATTENTION: THIS IS HAPPENING!!! 😍

Whatcom County Flood Victim Giving Tree is a local group that was set up to help the members of our community who have been affected by the recent floodwaters. So many families have been displaced and their homes and personal possessions damaged or destroyed and they need our help! This is a hard time of year for a lot of people, made even worse by the flooding, and we'd like to do what we can to make it a little bit easier. 💙

ATTENTION HOT YOGA MEMBERS!!!
Now is the perfect time to check out the schedule and try out some of our Group X classes!!!

We will be moving our Group X classes to the hot yoga studio while our floors are drying out in the gym. All of the Hot Yoga Classes will remain in their premium time slots, we're just adding more classes around yours!! (Hot Pilates has been removed from the November schedule due to instructor injury.)

This class offers a variety of asanas (yoga poses) intended to guide you toward a deeper mind-body connection, finding power in yourself and your body. A dynamic progression of postures, synchronized with focused breathing in order to build strength, challenge endurance and increase flexibility. Open to all levels. Heated 85-95 degrees.
