A lovely morning on Bellingham Bay. Our friend a great blue heron, is one of many that live in and near our beautiful town.  There are at least two rookeries that I know of.
Less than a mile away is the office and treatment area for Bellingham Bay Acupuncture. Very serene place with views of a very large douglas fir, often filled with birds and their songs. Link to scheduling follows.

This is the best explanation I have heard on why this virus is spreading so quickly. If you don't want to watch the whole video the takeaway is wear a mask. Stay further away from people than 6 feet if you can and when you are in a restaurant eat outside or have the windows open. WEAR A MASK.
