Reposted from This wasnโt the post I wanted to make so there will be another coming when I can finally get in to see Doc Frank after my Covid test. 2017....I hit rock bottom. My estrogen was sky high, my body was injured and kept getting injuries, my mental state was borderline, why I am here, my weight kept soaring despite going stricter each week with my diet. My Coach thought I was cheating, my medical doctor wasnโt concerned but offered me Ativan. I was lost and about to seriously give up on the training I had put over 4 years into. But this phenomenal human being saw more in me than I did myself. He sat me down one day and told me exactly what to do and who to see. I didnโt hesitate and within 3 days my lifeโs trajectory was put on the path that I have been following ever since. I donโt know why he saw potential in me, but I am forever grateful. Dr. Frank Capobianco is a wonderful chiropractor, he doesnโt just fix you and tell you to come back, he educates you so you donโt have to come back as often. As a former competitive bodybuilder, his knowledge of injury related issues is paramount to helping his clients. We all benefit from Doc Frank, I am just lucky enough to have had my life handed back to me from this incredible human. Let this be clear, I would have no career or pro card or hopes and dreams had it not been for this man. I only wish there was a way to repay him but everything falls short. He will always be my hero. Thanks Doc, I owe you my life. ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฅฐ My Pro card is yours...
