At Joy of Pilates our focus is motivating and educating people to meet their fitness and health goals in a warm and caring atmosphere! We believe in the benefits of Pilates and Exercise for all. We focus on core strength, improved posture, flexibility, and cross training with proven results. We offer Mat classes, Reformer series, Private sessions & Posture analysis.
The studio has the latest Pilates and fitness equipment and our experienced Instructors come from diverse backgrounds that include STOTT, BBU, and classical studies.
