This is where you can find me a lot in the summer! Outside! A few weeks ago, I backpacked the Lake Chelan Lakeshore Trail to Steheiken. Very hot, with rattlesnakes, but gorgeous views!

January is a great month to come warm up with a therapeutic massage. My office has an air filter, sanitized sheets and surfaces, and I am safely masked as are all of my clients. I am vaccinated and boostered as well! Be safe out there and take care of yourself!
