Power Vinyasa Yoga
Our Power Vinyasa is inspired by Baron Baptiste's Methodology. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. The movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, resulting in why this practice is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. This is an exciting dynamic class. You learn to unite your breath with your movement, experiencing them as one fluid motion. This class ignites inner fire, sculpts the body, builds your core, develops flexibility, strength and endurance. Hatha Yoga
A healing yet intensely challenging 90-minute or 60-minute class done in a heated room. This series derived from Patanjali’s original 84 postures is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, nerve and joint in the body, while building strength, flexibility and balance. This class is also a tremendous calorie-burner that detoxifies the body, leaving you invigorated yet calm. Perfect for beginners yet this series remains challenging for the advanced student and there's always room for growth. This style of yoga uses no props, blocks or straps. You will build and transform your body organically just by showing up and doing the best that you can. Yin Yoga
Is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for comparatively long periods of time--five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Thus allowing us to work into the deep tissues of the body and promote opening in areas where we carry any stiffness or tightness. This style is a perfect balance to both the Hatha and Power Vinyasa classes we offer.

MEET THE TEAM – Yoga Teacher, Emily Williamson (RYT-200, CPT)
Emily began her yoga journey with a love for mindful movement and the way it connects body and breath. With her background as a Certified Personal Trainer and Health & Nutrition Coach, she brings a holistic approach that blends strength, alignment, and wellness into every class. Her teaching style is empowering, form-focused, and supportive. Students can expect flows that build strength and confidence, while always holding space for self-care and balance. Emily encourages her classes to honor their bodies, challenge themselves safely, and leave feeling renewed. When she’s not teaching, Emily is passionate about health coaching and finding inspiration outdoors on Bellingham’s trails.

MEET THE TEAM – Yoga Teacher, Jasmine Childs (RYT-500)
Jasmine found yoga right after college in Whatcom County and from her very first vinyasa class, she was hooked. What began as a love for how strong and grounded her body felt has grown into a lifelong practice. After a shoulder injury and surgery in 2014, Jasmine experienced yoga’s deeper gift: real, transformative healing. That moment reshaped her approach and her teaching. Her classes are challenging yet supportive, breath-focused, and gratitude-driven... expect smart sequencing, space to listen to your body, and zero pressure to be “perfect.” Jasmine’s mantra: honor where you are, today.

OUR STUDIO SPACE IS CLEAN & SIMPLE
What we love about our studio is that it's minimalist. There are few distractions so that you can focus on the important stuff, You! and your practice. And there’s plenty of space (which everyone needs when they’re sweating through a hot yoga class!)
Each of our classes accept up to 40 students.

In the last few years we’ve made, and continue to make, updates to the studio in order to make the space functional and modern for YOU! Our recently updated bathrooms and changing rooms give you the space, privacy and the showering capabilities you need to get in and out of class and back to your life.
WE HAVE AN AWESOME COMMUNITY!
We are proud to say that we have some of the best staff and students in town! Our instructors are all trained/certified Yoga Instructors. They’re always excited to assist in poses, give advice on injuries and suggest a good massage therapist ;)
And our students are nothing short of positive and supportive to those around them!
