It is so vital to keep our bodies in good health! Examining daily activities, injuries and pain patterns, specific techniques will be applied as they suit the clients' needs. I specialize in chronic pain management and trigger point therapy, treating headaches and neck tension, lower back pain and nerve impingements in the neck, hips and shoulder girdle.
