1. Why did you choose to be a Naturopathic Doctor?
I chose to be an N.D. because nature has the cure for everything, and it made more sense. When someone is ill, there is always an herb in their vicinity that will help them.
2. Where did your name Dr. Brains came from?
Oprah gave me the name when she interviewed me on The Oprah Winfrey Show decades ago.
3. What was your intention when creating Psychic Teaz?
It was originally designed to help musicians maintain their health while on long national tours. It helps when you have one brain cell left, and half an idea.
4. When was it born?
Ha! In the 1970's for musicians, then I tweaked the formula in the 1980’s for the Baby Boomers, then my wife perfected it and now, in 2017, we renamed it for the Millennials.
5. How did Detox Chakras and More Love join the party?
Detox Chakras, not to be confused with Deepak Chopra, was created to conteract the present and toxic levels of radiation from cellphones, microwave ovens, RFID tags in our clothes and pollution in the air, water, and land, as well as alleiviate stress and facilitate healing. While Psychic Teaz was formulated to uplift the spirit and relax the body in order to focus the mind. More Love Teaz was created to open the heart and allow people to love more without codependence.
6. What was your process for choosing the herbs?
Research, ancient health texts like the Rigveda, and more than several taste tests. Key relationship development with sustainable farmers who use highest quality botanicals grown and harvested biodynamically was essential.

10. Why did you decide to make Psychic Teaz available to everyone?
Because the musicians had such a great and healthful response, I felt that music lovers everywhere deserve the benefits of the tour tested product. It facilitates healing and great meditations.

12. How did Mr. Ruh became part of Psychic Teaz?
Mr. Ruh attended a seminar at NYFA (New York Film Academy) and he was interested in my Winning At Harvard Problem Solving Process, which teaches how to solve any problem in five steps and is geared for actors, directors and producers. He asked me why I have so much energy, so I explained my techniques, and I taught him a rare Chi Kung exercise using a bowling ball and a willow stick. I also turned him onto my Psychic Teaz, which made him feel good and relieved his chronic and painful stomach aches. Mr. Ruh was immediately hooked and wanted more. We found the marriage of my energy techniques and products with his media expertise a great way to bring ancient remedies to the public. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and we work well together.
13. What do you expect for the future of Psychic Teaz?
Psychic Teaz will develop a following of healers, hippies, cryptos and cronies. Crack Colas, with their artificial sweeteners, in aluminum cans, will be old school. Young people today are a Google search away from seeing the benefits of our drinks. They are a welcome addition to our already established Dr. Brains Network products.
