On Thursday November 27th join us at Flux as we flow, give thanks, and honor Lhaq’temish 🤎
Join us and our special guests for a donation-based class dedicated to remembrance, gratitude, and mindful movement. Together, we’ll move with intention, listen deeply, and give back in support of The Lummi Youth Dancers.

This is a non-heated all levels class! Bring your friends and family, an open heart, and donation (suggested $20)! All proceeds go directly to the dancers, with an additional contribution from Flux Yoga to show our appreciation.

It’s about meeting yourself where you are. Tight, tired, sore, or free.

Flexibility isn’t in the body, it’s in the mind.
It’s the willingness to try, to breathe, to open.

Because it’s all practice.

So when you say “I’m not flexible enough for yoga,”
remember, that’s exactly why you start.

To get into the body, to tune in to our senses, the things that ground us and guide us back to the present moment.
