Offering $62-$72 per hour based upon hours worked, benefits package, and experience. Medical, dental, vision package as well as PTO and 8 paid holidays.

We also provide paid CE and professional development opportunities throughout the year to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure quality patient care
-Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations on patients
-Educate patients on preventive care, the oral-systemic link
-Take radiographs, panoramic images and assist with intra oral photos to aid diagnosis
-Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation and update patient health history info
-Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies

Qualification Requirements:
-Current WA RDH license in good standing with ability to use LA and N20
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients about their oral health
-Know dental terminology and understand common dental practices and procedures
-Experience with Dentrix and Dexis software preferred
-Able to work positively and professionally within a team environment
-One year or more of prior hygiene and periodontal care experience preferred but not required. New graduates encouraged to apply. Our experienced team is ready to come alongside and provide additional support and training to help you succeed!
