Well folks, I finally did it. I moved to Arizona, to the city of Chandler outside Phoenix.

Iā€™ll be back to Jacksonville regularly to visit friends and hang out with my Soluna Yoga Spa peeps. And, of course, Iā€™m still doing trainings at the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs near Ocala.

You may have noticed that I tweaked my name - itā€™s now Emotive Body Psychology. I like it because itā€™s less focused on yoga and more focused on helping people release heavy emotions trapped in the body. Itā€™s the release of that ā€œemotional weightā€ that frees you to be at peace with your past and to reach your highest potential.
