Using evidence-based research and techniques, we strive to go above and beyond for our patients, both during their season of care, and as they transition after their rehabilitation is complete. This session is open to everyone and will cover an overview of pelvic floor health, common myths, common symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction (and what to do about it), pressure management, and ways it can help with performance in and out of the gym!
