I've always been bad at journaling. But I know it is incredible helpful for mental health and stress. So after a lot of rabbit holes, I found something similar that works well for me. Stream of Consciousness writing. Every morning (or whenever you have time) start writing jibberish for 5 minutes. Let the words fall to the paper. Anything that comes to mind. See what the old brain cooks up, sounds scary but you got this! Tomorrow morning, try to write an incoherent brainstorm about Spring goals and see what comes up.

Oh, some of that good good! Tai Chi is one of the best ways to build Qi + energy. It is also great for grounding and channeling the turbulent spring energy! It has been around for a veryyyyyyyy long time and is practiced daily in a many portions of the world. It is a low impact and nourishing practice that is suitable for most people! Google search Tai Chi for beginners and you will have plenty of short practices to start with!

We're not out of the woods yet! Make sure you stay warm through the cool spring breezes. Add in more green veggies to soothe the Liver. Get rid of that habit, you know the one I'm talking about!
A relaxing yin yoga class is also a great way to welcome in the new energy. And of course acupuncture!

Connecting the Dots

Graduating in 2010 with my Master’s in Science was just the beginning. There is nothing more humbling than being a part of someone’s life and their path towards total health. The one thing I have learned is we are all so different yet so connected. Acupuncture & Fire Cupping has guided me towards the understanding of both dichotomies and balancing those through many modalities. Ultimately my goal and passion is to connect the why, your health and the life you want to live.
