Yoga Nidra ‘Private’ Sessions are now available! Live Sessions are approximately 30-45 minutes in length and are done virtually in the comfort of your own home.
Yoga Nidra is a deep yogic sleep that uses respiration, body awareness, and guided imagery to facilitate deep relaxation in the physical and mental bodies. This yogic practice alleviates stress, enhances body awareness, and promotes a sense of well-being.
