Last month, our Outreach Team 3 completed a second home visit with Jiayi, a three-year-old girl with an intellectual disability living in rural Hunan province.

During the visit, Jiayi was attentive and motivated, particularly during activities that support movement and early learning. With guidance from her teachers, she practiced following instructions, worked on body awareness through play, and showed a growing interest in walking.

These ongoing home visits allow our multi-disciplinary teams to build skills step by step, supporting each child’s development in ways that are meaningful and appropriate for their needs.

🎉 We smashed our End-of-Year goal 🎉

With a goal of $30,000 including a $15,000 matching gift fund, we finished 2025 by raising over $46,000 together!

On December 19, 2025, our Outreach Teams delivered school supplies to children and families—removing barriers and helping children start the new school term prepared and confident.

A simple piece of equipment can change daily life.

During a December home visit, our FPP Outreach Team delivered a bathing chair to Tianxiang and his grandparents. With guidance from our Therapy Manager, Alison Kennedy, and Teacher Chen, his grandparents learned how to safely use the chair to support Tianxiang’s care.

Because of your support, children with disabilities receive practical tools that bring greater comfort, safety, and dignity to everyday moments. Thank you for making this impact possible.

Our ICC Enquan Yuan Sensory Room is a happy place -- full of movement, color, and activities designed to help children grow in confidence and independence.

For Zhiguang, this space has been especially meaningful. When he first joined the sessions, he struggled to sit on his own and often stayed quiet and passive. Today, he proudly sits independently on the swing or wooden bench for up to 20 minutes, showing huge improvements in balance and engagement.

Thanks to gentle guidance from his therapists and the encouragement surrounding him every day, Zhiguang is taking big steps forward towards his therapy goals.
