Our ICC Enquan Yuan Sensory Room is a happy place -- full of movement, color, and activities designed to help children grow in confidence and independence.

For Zhiguang, this space has been especially meaningful. When he first joined the sessions, he struggled to sit on his own and often stayed quiet and passive. Today, he proudly sits independently on the swing or wooden bench for up to 20 minutes, showing huge improvements in balance and engagement.

Thanks to gentle guidance from his therapists and the encouragement surrounding him every day, Zhiguang is taking big steps forward towards his therapy goals.

Imagine your child is turned away from school simply because of a disability.

This is what happened to Xiaotong, a bright primary school student with a hearing impairment. After having to leave her local school after just one semester, Xiaotong’s education could have been put on hold -- if not for ICC’s Outreach Team #4.

Now, she receives lessons and therapy at home, and her excitement is contagious -- she shouts “Yeah!” and high-fives her teacher after completing tasks. Her mother is overjoyed that Xiaotong can continue learning, and we are thankful that our ICC Outreach programs can provide vital support to children with disabilities.

Moments like these create wonder, calm, and connection -- making the season truly magical for every child.

Since joining our ICC Enquan Yuan family in June, Beiqi has begun a new chapter in his life.

Once quiet and reserved, he now smiles often, enjoys swings and walks, and loves connecting with others. Surrounded by love, hope, and opportunity, Beiqi is thriving and relishing new experiences every day.

When we met Boyue, she was silent and withdrawn, spending most of her day in bed. Her mother was unable to take her out or access services to help with Boyue’s genetic condition. Both were grieving the recent passing of Boyue’s father.

Our ICC Outreach teams were able to bring gentle visits and loving care to help them reconnect with the world.

Xuxi is an 11-year-old boy with Down syndrome. Through generous donations, he receives weekly special education classes and physical therapy that are helping him strengthen his skills and communication.
