Today, we paid tribute to our first responders with a breakfast gathering, acknowledging the vital role they play in our community. We are sincerely grateful for their service. Our Executive Director, Jennifer Graham, even showcased her modeling skills alongside one of the fire engines. What a beautiful morning!

Three times weekly, our residents at Spring Creek participate in a drumming exercise class that is universally enjoyed. They keep pace with the music while exercising their core. Smiles are plentiful!

Janine has been a valued member of our community since we first opened. The Little Red Hen hair salon, owned by Janine, is situated on our 2nd floor next to the Billiard Room. Her stunning flower arrangements, which appear regularly in our lobby and fireplaces, bring immense joy and beauty.

Tai Chi has proven to be an extremely popular exercise class at Spring Creek. We are delighted to host Wei Wei, who shares her expertise and teaches various exercises to enhance our balance and strength. She has been providing valuable tips on incorporating small activities into daily leisure time, such as watching TV, to maintain an active lifestyle.

It's a beautiful day for a walk. Our daily walking group meets at 10:45am. We encourage others to participate and are pleased when they do. Engaging in physical activity has numerous benefits for physical, mental, and emotional health.

We are thrilled to announce that Martial Arts Master Wei Chi will be leading Tai Chi sessions at Spring Creek for the month of July. Drawing on her extensive experience of teaching martial arts in China and the East Coast of the United States over the past 64 years, Master Wei Chi is poised to deliver exceptional guidance. She is enthusiastic about enriching the lives of our residents and aims to see a decrease in mobility aids over time. By practicing Tai Chi, participants can anticipate improvements in balance, strength, and mental well-being.
