Our week-long MSTR Instructor Summit for 2025 in Greece draws to a close.

It's been an educational and fun time with our instructors from Australia, the USA, UK, Sweden, Romania, Germany, Portugal and our new instructor in Greece too.

In the coming weeks we'll be sharing some of the new educational material and website facilities we've been working on.

We have amazing opportunities in the coming year to build on the rapid growth on MSTR scar treatment.

Jeffrey Gilliam was the last client to have a session at TMC in the Roosevelt Neighborhood 💚

It was important to him to be in that sacred space once more, and I am grateful for that, and for the long time support.

Now I’m sitting in the new office, assembling bits and pieces. It’s going to be a sweet space still emerging I look forward to sharing it with you soon!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Thank you for the many years of support you've given The Metta Center.

As we know, the only certainty in this life is change. Change is what opens us up to new possibilities, new experiences, adventure! So while it is a bittersweet share we are offering, it is also a fantastic opportunity for all partners to expand and grow.

The Metta Center as you know it, and have for over 11 years, is closing effective March 31, 2025.

Lise is keeping the name for now, as that has been an identity since 2010, Bodywork with Lise is her new DBA and effective April 1 will be seeing clients in a new, beautiful treatment room within Bakerview Suites.
• Address: 410 W. Bakerview Road, Suite 110 in Room 138
• Bakerview Suites is in the same center as Ihop, Woods Coffee, Discount Tires. If you enter from Bakerview the business offices will be all the way back and to your right.
• The entryway glass doors are locked at all times- so you'll text Lise at 360-393-6327 when you are ready to enter.
• You're going to love it there! Many therapists of all kinds are in this complex and it is a very clean and peaceful space.

• Many of you already have April appointments booked with Lise. This is where you will be....
• And just to show you how excited Lise is to be seeing you there, those of you receiving on the massage table will enjoy a brand new, electric lift table that will be so much easier for some of you to get on. ADA friendly, as well as the bathroom in the facility. Ground level, you can roll on in easily.
• Thai Bodywork is also available, and you can look forward to the return of some intimate guided partner workshops. So exciting!

This has all come up rather suddenly, yet everything is falling into place beautifully. We are grateful to each and every one of you for your support and trust over the past years. More than a decade.... some of you since 2007. That's amazing!! Oh how we've grown together.

It will be weird to not be sharing the same space, but all the new spaces are going to be grand and we can't wait to see you, wherever there is.

Does anyone local have furniture sliders like this that I can borrow for a weekend in April? I need about 60 😬
