Thank you Rancho La Puerta! I had a wonderful time teaching 3 classes about Healthy Knees and one fun presentation on our bicycle ride across America.

My sessions were all well attended and it was so good to share the information that is simple to apply to help your knees feel better.

Here are a few pictures from my week at the ranch, where I could enjoy all the offerings when I wasn't teaching.

β€’ Beer Garden Exit – 11am – 2pm
β€’ Parking traffic – Noon -3pm
β€’ Parking traffic – 6pm – 8pm
