I've been tapping into the magic of musical movement for as long as I can remember. And dancing with others always helps me feel better in my body, better about myself and better about the world around me. It’s my favorite way to cultivate connection, creativity, health and joyfulness in my life. I taught Nia 2016 - 2022 and have been facilitating Groove since 2019.

Wes enjoying the sensory delights of his first un-coned walk after a brief bout with ass cancer. Yikes! Vet says the mass they removed from his b***y hole had pre-cancerous cells for sure. But they think they got it all and it's not likely to come back. Yay! So now he's rocking the biggest butt scab I've ever seen and waiting to get stitches removed when it's time. Sure do love my hearty, happy, zesty, zen, beautiful boy 💕🐕✨
