⚠️ NEW SERVICE ⚠️

We are excited to announce that Performance Physical Therapy is now providing Dry Needling services!

Our very own Dr. Amelia Llanos is certified in Dry Needling by the state of Washington, and has been seeing excellent results with her clients.

What is Dry Needling? Dry needling is a therapeutic technique designed to alleviate pain and improve muscle function. It involves the use of fine, sterile needles inserted into trigger points—tight knots within the muscles that can cause discomfort and restrict movement. This treatment helps release tension, reduce inflammation, and restore proper muscle function, promoting faster recovery and overall wellness. At our Bellingham clinic, we use dry needling as part of a personalized approach to help you move and feel your best.
