Affordable Acupuncture is now treating vaccinated clients only. We want to protect our wonderful patients and ensure that our community and frontline healthcare workers are not burdened with unnecessary cases. Please, do your part, and get vaccinated!

Today, a community collaboration of healthcare providers, including Bellingham Technical College (BTC), Family Care Network, PeaceHealth, Sea Mar Community Health Centers, Unity Care NW and the Whatcom County Health Department announce plans to open a large-scale community COVID-19 vaccination clinic to be located at Bellingham Technical College. We expect the clinic to launch in March, depending on the reliability of Whatcom County’s vaccine shipments from the state.

Community members are asked not to call BTC with questions about vaccination scheduling. Updates about the community vaccination site, including launch date, hours of operation and how to book appointments, will be available on the Whatcom County Health Department’s website soon.

Effective February 1 our Sliding Scale prices will increase by $10. This is our first price increase in two years.

We will be right by the Wood's Coffee located across from the Lakeway Fred Meyer. Stay tuned for more info on the move and pictures! Under $25K = $35
25-30K = $40
30-35K = $50
35-40K = $55
above $40K = $60

Affordable Acupuncture welcomes Karen Williams, LAc! She is a graduate of the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine. Karen has lived and traveled internationally and seeks to incorporate the wisdom of many different cultures into her own style of treatment. In addition to treating with acupuncture, she uses cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, electro-acupuncture, shiatsu, and tui-na massage to promote balance, healing, and well being. When she's not treating patients, Karen is usually chasing her one year old, hiking, or relaxing near some water with her family. Karen will be available for appointments on Wednesday afternoons from 2-5:30 and Saturday mornings from 8:30-11:30. Call 360-715-2455 to schedule your appointment!

On Saturday Jan 23rd, we will offer basic acupuncture treatments on a 1st-come, 1st-served basis from 11am-2pm at my community clinic located at 2500 Elm Street. Donations will be accepted and 100% of money contributed will be sent to Doctors W/out Borders for earthquake relief in Haiti. If you live locally and can post this to your status line for a day or two at some point, we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
