💥 New at CrossFitX: Strength & Conditioning for High School Athletes!

This class is designed to help student-athletes build speed, strength, agility, and confidence to dominate their sport—whether in-season or off. Led by a coach who’s a 6x USA Weightlifting Nationals athlete and has trained Division I athletes at UNC Chapel Hill, athletes will learn proper lifting technique, develop explosive power, and gain the discipline to excel both on and off the field.

Give your athlete the advantage of next-level training in a safe, supportive environment. 🏋️‍♂️⚡️

Big shoutout to Nick, Dawn, Susan, and Cheyenne for representing CrossFitX at the Throwdown Series in Richmond, BC this weekend! 💪🔥 We’re proud of the grit and hard work you brought to the floor 👊

Competition highlights:
⚡️Dawn came FIRST in the masters women’s 50+ scaled division!
⚡️Susan came FIRST in the masters women’s 50+ competitive division
⚡️Cheyenne came in SEVENTH in the women’s RX division!

Our 6-week X-Camp is the perfect beginner-friendly intro!

Over 3 classes per week, you’ll learn:
✔ Proper form for squats, deadlifts, and pressing
✔ Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk + Sn**ch)
✔ Warm-ups, skill work, conditioning, and mobility

Every class is coach-led and built to set you up for success. By the end, you’ll have the confidence and skills to jump into CrossFit classes with our AWESOME community.
