Office Share Opportunity in Downtown Bellingham, WA
I’m looking for the right person to sublease/share my beautiful downtown Bellingham office 3 days per week, ongoing, beginning as early as mid-to-late June or July.
This could be a wonderful fit for a somatic practitioner, therapist, bodyworker, healing professional, or group facilitator who already has a part-time practice. It may also be a fit for someone ready to invest $1,000/month, with some flexibility on price, while growing their business in a centrally located and welcoming space.

This office is ideal for private sessions, groups, workshops, classes, writing retreats, women’s circles, parenting groups, creative gatherings, or intimate retreats.
✨ Bonus: If you work with families, infants, children, or parents, the office is already thoughtfully set up for this. I’m happy to share the play space with you and your clients.
I’ve had a full-time practice here for over a decade, and this space has served both me and my clients beautifully. My long-term goal is to gradually transition into the home office space I’m currently building, so I’d love to find someone whose practice is also growing and who could benefit from a gradual, supportive transition.
I’m open to sharing the office from June or July for up to a year, possibly less, depending on what feels right for both of us.
💛 Added bonus: I’m collaborative and happy to make thoughtful adjustments during the first month so the office feels more like yours too.
