I’m fascinated by the mechanisms the body has to heal itself. Since 1999 I’ve been coaching people to heal themselves and achieve true wellness - of body and mind – holistically.

Amazingly, the body will naturally activate its finely tuned mechanisms and heal itself once the obstacles are removed.
I learned about healing in the mid-1990’s while practicing law with the Environmental Protection Agency. As a result of prolonged use of hormone-disrupting birth control pills, I was diagnosed with a bizarre endocrine syndrome. “You won’t be able to conceive”, said the docs, who offered the only conventional treatment available - lifelong hormone therapy.
