Jake Brog owner of Lab Athletics here with an exciting opportunity.

I am looking for 5-10 young athletes between the ages of 11-16 years old who are looking to unlock their full potential.

Ever since becoming a Dad I have been wanting to start a training program for young athletes.

I believe working out teaches all of us the skills, lessons, and mindset needed to win at life.

Yes I want this program to help your son or daughter get in better shape, see massive improvements on the field or on the court if they are involved in team sports... But more importantly I want this athlete development program to help your kids win at life!

I want to help them build unshakeable confidence in themselves and their abilities.

I want to help them realize that real change takes hard work, consistency, and requires sacrifice.

I want to help build their mental toughness so they look forward to the challenges life throws at them instead of running away from them.

I want this program to be more than just youth performance I want it to be about LIFE PERFORMANCE!

I hit my 3rd Bham bay marathon, some of our members did the relay, and some people did the half marathon!

Did you know one of the most accurate measurements for longevity is grip strength?

What to shoot for…. Being able to carry your body weight for 150 feet!

That might seem crazy but it’s a great indicator of where you are at on the health spectrum.

🚨Last weekend was a blast! 🏃‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️💨🚓🚨

Run with the Fuzz 5k was rad… we had around 30 members come out and run for an awesome “behind the badge” in downtown Bellingham. 🚓🚨💯.

Some of our members ran their first 5k ever, others hit a new personal best on their 5k time, and some of us including myself just went out to get a 3 mile run in early on a Saturday and start the weekend off right🔥🔥🔥.

Shout out to all the moms and dads that train with us!

Especially the Moms!

You ladies have the most important job in the world and we know how stressful, draining, but also rewarding chasing little toddlers around all day can be💪💯.

Being in shape for your kids and setting the example is one of the most important things you can do. By being in shape you are showing your kid that you are a hard worker, you value consistency, you do things that are hard even on days you are not motivated to do them, and you keep your promises to yourself, as well as them.

They will follow in your footsteps. If you want to set an example of what a healthy lifestyle looks like, the best way is to be the example🔥💪💯

Two of the hardest working moms / badass women I have ever met.

What was the time frame for these insane changes? 7 months. Not 6 weeks not 8 weeks… 7 full months🔥💪.

Stop thinking short term. You are going to need to put in work for a long time to get to your goals, that is the reality. The journey is different for everyone but if you don’t quit on yourself you will get there.

Last year we came in 2nd place aka first loser in the Crossfit category (no we are not crossfit lol) but this year we are in the Fitness center category which means we are competing with the big doggs like anytime fitness, fitness evo, etc...
