đWhat does it mean to let goâof expectations, control, or even the people we love?
This workshop offers a gentle, contemplative space to explore presence, impermanence, and love through Yin yoga and guided writing.
đYoga will be led by Kendall Tetsworth, with writing guided by Brenda Millerâauthor of six essay collections and the poetry chapbook The Daughters of Elderly Women, recipient of seven Pushcart Prizes, co-author of Tell It Slant and The Pen and the Bell, and Professor Emerita of Creative Writing at Western Washington University.
Weâll move through long-held Yin poses to quiet the nervous system, followed by short, accessible writing prompts focused on memory, gratitude, and release.
⨠All levels welcomeâ¨â¨ No yoga or writing experience needed
Especially meaningful for those navigating caregiving, grief, or life transitions.
