When stress creeps in, take a few moments to place your hands on your belly, take a breath, and connect with your baby. Imagine their little fingers and toes, and how excited you are to hold them! This releases a rush of oxytocin 🌟 the love hormone 🌟 and can calm a lot of that stress.⁠
