Nassau Nephrology LLP Welcome to Nassau Nephrology, where our doctors have a passion for medicine providing the highest quality care with personal, friendly service.

Our office specializes in all aspects of Kidney Disease. Our Doctors Ralph Caselnova, Gregory Dilimetin, and Kelly Gordon-Dubs have been in practice for many years and are all committed to preventing kidney disease and making life better for patients, work together as a team. We have affiliation with four dialysis centers, three hospitals and our office is easily accessible. Office consultations are made through referrals from the primary care physician. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

❤️ Retirement party for our Dr. Caselnova, He is finally hanging up his stethoscope after practicing medicine for over 40 years ! We are going to miss him as will his patients! It has been such a pleasure working with you all these years! Truly made an impact on so many lives .
