Saturday 9:15am Intensati (this class will be every other week)

MAMAs!! This weekend, Sati on Sat at 9:30 maybe we'll do the jig. And Sunday I'm so excited to have my friend lead us in a meditation, and we will follow up with a discussion on how essential oils can support your meditation practice! Message me with any questions!

Happy September MAMAs! This MAMA over here, has decided to take the fall off from classes. This means no regular schedules, I will be here for privates or cups of coffee?? But I am going to focus on my own practice and my family for a few months. My goal is to come back in the new year. I know that you all understand the need to take a breath and bring it all back into focus. Looking forward to coming back and starting from a refreshed place!! Thanks xoxoxo
