We offer ONLINE classes & workshops with some in-person activities. We can ship to you or curbside delivery is available. Moonflower Yoga has a wide variety of great classes available 7 days a week. During this coronavirus period, we have 15 great weekly yoga or meditation classes available via Zoom. The Zoom classes include beginner-level yoga classes to develop strength, flexibility & balance an

d help you de-stress and relax, with a monthly guided meditation every Monday night. Moonflower Yoga also hosts fun online workshops and events including our Moonflower Yoga Book Club, a Yoga Nidra workshop for deep meditation & relaxation, a monthly Guided Meditation with loving kindness monk Bhante Sujatha, and an online plant-based cooking workshop where you cook alongside us from your home, and a Moonflower Yoga Needle Arts Group where we crochet and knit together. There is still time to register for Wednesday night's lovely, online monthly Yoga Nidra event at 8 PM with Jackie. Yoga Nidra is a deep meditation used to promote physical, mental and emotional relaxation. You will be completely supported in a reclining position in your home as Jackie leads you through a deep guided meditation and where you can set your Sankalpa (heart-felt intention). NO prior experience needed. One hour of Yoga Nidra = four hours of sleep! Come join us! In this great class, you will recline on the floor and deeply stretch with the assistance of props for support through a series of relaxing poses. NO prior experience needed; newcomers welcome. Have you tried super-relaxing Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a great way to completely relax. You attend while reclining at home in bed, on a couch, or in your favorite chair. Close your eyes, lower the lights, and follow along with Jackie as she takes you on a meditation journey. One hour of yoga nidra = four hours of sleep! This latest winter storm has been a whopper, and it is a great time to relax and de-stress in the warm comfort of your home. Join Rose at 6 PM for a 30-min Evening Yin Yoga Stretch class, as you recline and stretch tight muscles promoting relaxation.
