We offer ONLINE classes & workshops with some in-person activities. We can ship to you or curbside delivery is available. Moonflower Yoga has a wide variety of great classes available 7 days a week. During this coronavirus period, we have 15 great weekly yoga or meditation classes available via Zoom. The Zoom classes include beginner-level yoga classes to develop strength, flexibility & balance and help you de-stress and relax, with a monthly guided meditation every Monday night. Moonflower Yoga also hosts fun online workshops and events including our Moonflower Yoga Book Club, a Yoga Nidra workshop for deep meditation & relaxation, a monthly Guided Meditation with loving kindness monk Bhante Sujatha, and an online plant-based cooking workshop where you cook alongside us from your home, and a Moonflower Yoga Needle Arts Group where we crochet and knit together. There is still time to register for this Wednesday's monthly lovely Yoga Nidra event with Jackie at 8 PM via Zoom. During a Yoga Nidra event, you recline at home in bed or a couch with the lights lowered and an eye pillow. Jackie takes you on step-by-step body relaxation followed by a deep guided meditation. One hour of yoga nidra = four hours of sleep! NO prior experience needed for this relaxing event. To register, send an email to moonfloweryoga@optimum.net with your name, phone number, and email address. We will register you and send you a PayPal invoice for the yoga nidra. There is NO processing fee to you from PayPal, and PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Join us for this lovely, relaxing evening!

Give Chair Yoga at 12 noon with Vicky a try. Post-menopausal? Try Yoga for Bone Health with Lynn at 515 PM as you practice poses to help build strength. Looking for relaxation at the end of the day? Our Story: Looking for a great place for people of all ages - particularly beginners - to enjoy a great yoga practice?

Looking for a great place for people of all ages - particularly beginners - to enjoy a great yoga practice? Come join us at Moonflower Yoga! Our class size is small, generally no more than 6 students per class, so we can pay personal attention to you. We have beginner-level yoga classes available 7 days a week (look for the “B” symbol need to the class title on the moonfloweryoga.com website or select the FAQ tab). Our students range in age from young to people trying yoga for the first time in their 80’s. Our styles of yoga include hatha (great for an overall yoga practice), kundalini (combines movement, mantra & meditation), chair yoga (for those who cannot easily come up/down from the floor), restorative yoga (to help you de-stress & unwind), yin yoga (to deeply stretch), and vinyasa flow (for those seeking an energetic practice). We have meditation to help you feel calmer and “stress buster” classes. There are 3 Moonflower Yoga “Clubs” to have fun & meet new people - the Moonflower Yoga Book Club, the Moonflower Yoga Mah Jongg Club, and the Moonflower Yoga Needle Arts Group where you learn to crochet or knit - come join us! Moonflower Yoga has Reiki Level One, Two, and Three training, as well as Reiki Healing Circles, where you learn the wonderful ways in which Reiki can help you with relaxation and stress reduction. Discover why leading medical institutions are now offering Reiki as an alternative therapy. Want to learn something new? Try a Moonflower Yoga workshop on a variety of interesting topics including Ayurveda (the science of life), vegan cooking, tarot cards, astrology, sound healing with a gong and harp, jewelry & mala making, and more.
