Who Should Attend?
We invite emergency responders from all fields of service and their partners, families, friends, and loved ones.

Conference Overview:
Day 1: Keynote Presentation: Front Line Foundations’ Executive Director Mike Cancellieri presents on the ways in which repeated trauma exposure impacts first responders and those close to them.

Day 2: Panel Discussion: Facilitated by Beth Jacobs, a licensed mental health clinician who works directly with first responders, she will dive into the real life experiences of many of our first responders to discuss the impacts of the profession on their work and personal lives.

Each day will include a variety of wellness activities and workshops.

We couldn't be happier to announce that after completing her internship at FLF, Jetts Allen has officially joined our team as a staff clinician.

Jetts received her Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree at Antioch University New England with a particular focus on trauma and resiliency. She is one of our clinicians at FLF who sees clients for individual therapy. Being raised in a small, rural community birthed a love for the healing nature of the outdoors in addition to an insatiable desire to learn more about different world cultures and practices outside of her own social landscape. Her brother served in the United States Marine Corps, allowing an understanding of the hardships and lack of support and resources veterans face as they transition into a civilian setting.

Therapeutically, she strongly believes in client individuality, respect, autonomy, and empowerment as everyone possesses their own, one-of-a-kind story. She feels it is truly an honor to be learning from and working with the staff and clients here at Front Line Foundations.

We are having our first annual Alumni Picnic this summer at beautiful River Ledge Farm in Grafton, Vermont to honor the alumni who have attended our five-day mindfulness and resiliency skills program since opening our doors in 2020. We have had the pleasure of meeting and building relationships with many local veterans, first responders, and front line workers. Your unrestricted donations make these kinds of events possible for our local first responders and their families:

We encourage all FLF Alumni to attend whether you came through as early as 2020 or as recently as 2025. Please reach out to our Deputy Director & Alumni Coordinator Joe Gorman at joeg@frontlinefoundations.org if you would like to attend! And please check your email for all of the picnic details.
