Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. We are deeply grateful for their courage, service, and the freedoms we enjoy because of them.

As we spend time with family and loved ones this Memorial Day, may we also take a moment to reflect on and honor those who gave everything for our nation. ❤️🤍💙

In observance of Memorial Day, Honey In The Rock LLC Speech & Language Center will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday.

Summer is almost here, and we are so excited to announce our 3rd Annual Speech Adventures Summer Camp at Honey in the Rock Speech & Language Center! This year’s theme is one that is sure to spark imagination and excitement for our campers…

🌌 Speech Adventures in Space! 🪐
Our space-themed camp is designed to help children strengthen their communication skills while having fun through hands-on activities, movement, crafts, games, and social interaction. Each day will be filled with engaging experiences that encourage speech and language growth in a supportive and exciting environment.

Whether your child is working on articulation, language development, social communication, or confidence with peers, our camp provides opportunities to learn through play and connection.

⏰ Times: 9 am to 11 am

Pre-K – 2nd Grade
3rd – 5th Grade

Children will participate in activities designed and led by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about helping kids grow their communication skills in meaningful and engaging ways.

💬 Why Speech & Language Camp?
Summer camps provide a wonderful opportunity for children to continue building communication skills outside of the school setting while reducing the pressure often associated with traditional therapy sessions. Group activities naturally encourage:

Conversation skills
Peer interaction
Vocabulary development
Listening and comprehension
Confidence in communication

Most importantly, children learn while having FUN!

❄️ Weather & Scheduling Notice ❄️

As winter weather moves into our area, Honey In The Rock is keeping a close eye on conditions. The well-being of our families and staff always comes first.

Should weather impact our schedule, our team will communicate directly with families impacted regarding any adjustments.

If traveling feels unsafe, please know we support that decision. If you already receive teletherapy we will continue as usual. If you do not currently receive teletherapy, it will be available to help you or your child continue services from home. Reach out to our staff if you’d like to explore this option. We promise It is not complicated and we will walk you through each step.
