Well. You know how I always tell you guys to “behave yourself”. Turns out I shoulda taken my own advice. Went for a trail run and unfortunately stepped on a root and went flying and landed hard. Broke my tibia in 2 places. Recovery will take 6-8 weeks so we are looking for a replacement doc to cover. In the meantime since Jaden heads to chiropractic school soon he will be seeing patients until we find someone 🙏 Prayers for a speedy recovery

So we’ve barely been open 2 hours today and it’s apparent it is a “day”. Anxiety for whatever reason is spiking. If ya want some help here ya go! So stop what you are doing right now. Cross your arms on each shoulder almost like you’re giving yourself a loose hug and start gently tapping alternatively. For the next 10 breath cycles breathe in for a count of four and at the very top take one little extra breath to get maximum lung awesomeness. Hold that for a count of seven and then let all the air out through your mouth slowly until there’s nothing left. Repeat for 10 cycles and do this anytime you feel anxious 🥰The whole time you are thinking. I’m safe and Jesus loves me ❤️l

Stole Jaden’s sweatshirt today because let’s face it he’s cooler than me🤨. The words on the back though. FORGIVEN! Too often we float through life kicking ourselves or others about the past but turns out with Jesus we are forgiven yo! Which means we can live life free! From a healing perspective forgiving yourself and people who have hurt you has a massive impact on whether you heal…or not. Whether you feel peace. Or not. Give it a whirl and watch what happens ❤️
