Stories like this is why I absolutely love what I do. Kevin came to me I believe a year ago maybe a little over that…he is an avid race walker, I mean…he can walk faster than I can run. He trains hard several days a week and needed massage so his body could start recovering, so he could perform BETTER! This is the message I received from him this morning with permission I’m sharing because I’m beyond excited and proud for him!!

“So I placed 1st in my 65-69 age group at the Pan American Masters Games, both in the 1500meters and 3000m. Double Gold Medal 🏅 🥇
My 3000m time was considerably lower than last Oct , 18:58.05 now, instead of 19:29.5 then! Yay! Thanks so much for your skill in massage, Meghan, in allowing my body to perform in racewalking at a high rate!”
