As this year comes to a close, my heart is full.
Thank you to every one of you who trusted me with your wellness, your energy, your healing, & your becoming. Being invited into your journey is something I never take lightly. It is an honor to witness the courage, softness, strength, & growth that unfolds in this work.
Sacred Fire exists bc of you, bc of the trust you place in me & in the process. I am deeply grateful for each session, each conversation, each moment of shared intention & presence.
As we move into 2026, I am intentionally choosing stillness & a slower, more mindful entry into the new year. I am honoring all that I have been shedding this past year, all that it has taught me, & the grief that naturally comes with letting go. There is grace in making space, in allowing endings to be fully felt, & in trusting what is quietly taking shape.
As I step forward, I feel a deep sense of clarity & excitement for what is ahead. New offerings are forming, alongside continued personal growth & a renewed devotion to my own wellness & spiritual practice. This season of care & alignment will allow me to show up even more fully, grounded, & present, deepening the work I offer & the space we create together.
Thank you for walking this path with me. I am honored to do this work & look forward to what we will heal, create, & grow into in the year ahead.
