As we say goodbye to summer, I can’t help but to feel so much gratitude 🤍

Teaching yoga on the beach has been on my bucket list as a teacher for years and thank you to and for making this dream a reality!

I affirmed what I imagined all the years when i pictured myself teaching yoga by the ocean — it truly is one of the best, most grounding experiences 🙏

Such a beautiful gift.

Thank you to each and every student that shared practice with me under the sun, I loved every single moment guiding you!!!!

Hi, I’m Kayla 🤍

To all my new followers—welcome! I wanted to take a moment to quickly reintroduce myself.

I’ve been teaching a yoga since 2020 and specialize in slow flow vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga. My yoga journey began as a way to ease anxiety and stress and little did I know how deeply it would impact my life! What started as a way to calm my mind quickly became a path to self-discovery, balance, and healing ❤️‍🩹

I completed my training in Manahawkin with the incredible Kevin and Jenn, and since then I’ve had the honor of leading classes, hosting events, and offering private sessions throughout the beautiful Jersey Shore, where I call home 🫶

My speciality is creating safe spaces for yogis (new and seasoned!) to focus on breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement.

I currently teach at in Belmar, and I’m so grateful for the incredible community here. If you’re looking to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention, I’d love to see you in class. Let’s flow together 🫶

With each breath, we find steadiness.

With each wobble, we find growth.

Headstands are more than a pose—they’re a practice in mindfulness, patience, and letting go of fear ✨

When life feels overwhelming, remember this: balance doesn’t mean perfection; it means presence. Align with your breath, steady your thoughts, and watch how life begins to flow.
