Every time we heal an aspect of ourselves we change the expression of our DNA. This follows the concepts of epi-genetics. Epi-genetics simply means above genes. This follows the understanding that it is the health of our environment both externally as well as internally that dictates the expression of our DNA. The great thing about this is that we are not a victim to our DNA. We are not a victim to the genes that have been passed down to us generationally. We have the power to be able to change both our external and internal environment in order to express the state of health and being that which we wish to be, do, and have.

One of the most amazing things about healing ourselves is that when we heal and transform the expression of our DNA. We are also changing the expression of our DNA that is connected both in past generations and for generations to come. We are all connected and entangled through ether and the quantum aspect of nature. We are the most strongest connected with ourselves, which is connected with our DNA. Simply put when we change our DNA changes, when our DNA changes we change. Our DNA is contained in our parents DNA, our grandparents DNA, our great great grandparents DNA, and so forth. Science has proved that at least seven generations of trauma can affect us. Understanding that energy is bidirectional, we can affect at least seven generations before us by healing ourselves. At the same time we can also affect at least seven generations after us by healing ourselves.

When we gain awareness to see that life is so much bigger than just ourselves we will start behaving differently.
