Worn, weathered and utterly irreplaceable. This book has been a rock for the better part of a decade. No matter what I’m feeling or what I want to offer my students, the perfect sentiment always makes its way in front of me to reflect on and share. In this overwhelming time in the world, these passages help guide my thoughts and assuage my anxiety. In it, I find light and guidance without outside influence. Thank you for putting this out in the world, it’s surely a balm for that which needs soothing💗

Join us in obtaining your Reiki 1 Certification and Attunement. Gain a connection with Reiki for relaxation and healing through self-Reiki practice. In this session, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, like what Reiki is, the history of Reiki, Reiki meditation called Gassho, and how to offer Reiki to yourself and others. Reiki techniques and applications are shared from a practical perspective, honoring tradition and recognizing influences from Western practice. Class training includes how to talk with others about Reiki and ethics. A core aspect of this class is to have options to choose from to support you in exploring how you’d like to take the practice forward in practical ways. The class establishes the building blocks to begin a personal self-Reiki practice, your Reiki Journey. Link in bio to register.

Shake your Asana Artist Spotlight .hoffer Brad is a local artist specializing in several different mediums but currently working with paint and cardboard. Check out his opening March 8 at 6pm ! Shake Your Asana Vendor Spotlight
We’re excited to have Ebb & Flow Yoga and Wellness, Asbury’s newest hot yoga studio, joining us! They’ll be bringing their signature Kilim yoga mats—microsuede yoga mats featuring photorealistic recreations of authentic, one-of-a-kind antique Kilim rugs from Turkey and Morocco. Event Lead and founder of , Michele Dougard holds an E-RYT 500 designation from Yoga Alliance, among many other credentials. Michele began teaching yoga in 2017 and has continued to explore many modalities and components of yoga. She believes that yoga is for everyone and that it should be fun and enjoyable. Michele spent many years as an event planner and wanted to bring her love of music and her skillsets together to provide a one of a kind experience. Don’t miss her flow at this amazing event!

Shake Your Asana Spotlight:
DJ Nekter Gun is an artist and producer based at the Jersey Shore USA.
Born in Bolivia, he is a first generation American fused with Jersey and South American culture. Nekter’s collaborations with artist, Pat Ross, followed by his solo debut, quickly climbed the electronic charts in 2020. With many amazing collaborations since, he has surely secured his place as a formidable artist and producer in the music industry. Check out his set at Shake Your Asana on March 14!
