Focus for me is a chore in my current stage of life.

I dont know about yall, but I used to schedule a handful of things on my calendar day and after 5 minutes of looking at the chaos....I would go into analysis paralysis and not getting anything accomplished and then get mad at myself for not getting it done.

*Then rinse and repeat*

Now I learned that due to my schedule I need to focus on one thing daily. I need to allow myself grace and patience to get things accomplished .📆

Don't get it twisted, this didnt happen magically overnight....✨️
This took me months and I mean months to learn not recognize. 🤔

Through "Power of Observation" I learned my patterns hru my history and then did a MINOR adjustment that has helped me make MAJOR progress.

PROGRESS is the name of the GAME🎯

Now I plan my week step by step and list what I want to accomplish. The use my Google calendar like a "Bible".
