Meet Miko!

Miko is a part of our dietary staff helping to serve the residents 5 days a week! He has been a long time friendly face of RCB with there even being photos of him visiting as a kid! He is known for his positive attitude and his ability to always strike up a conversation with the residents! Thank you Miko for all that you do!

Staff Spotlight!

Sheri started at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond at 16 and always dreamed of coming back as a nurse! She became inspired to work in long-term care watching her mom work at this same facility. Her passion for working with older adults began at a young age, but has only deepened as her career has progressed. Now serving as the facilities MDS Coordinator and Assistant Director of Nursing, Sheri is an integral part of our facility's day to day operations.

😁 Friday Faces & Happy National Social Worker Month 😁

Meet Elsa! Elsa is currently pursuing her master's in social work with a focus in geriatric mental health and started her career in long-term care social work at RCB in 2024. Her favorite part of the job is getting build relationships and advocate for our residents, their families, and our community! She is known for her positive, bubbly personality and creative ideas that have brought so many smiles to our faces. Elsa leads our community event planning and staff engagement initiatives, and we are so lucky to have her!

We are so grateful for Elsa's compassionate heart and the dedication to care she brings to our facility!

Meet Taitum! She joined our team 5 years ago, and started as a CNA 3 years ago!

Taitum is known for her patient, personable, and kind approach with residents. Her favorite quote is, "Don't ever be ashamed of loving the strange things that make your weird little heart happy." She loves getting to know the residents and bond over shared interests!

Last week Belle Haven Independent and Assisted Living Facility tenants were delighted to spend an afternoon with the local elementary student council! The students and tenants enjoyed cookies, hot coco and conversation!

Meet Victor! Victor became a CNA in 2024, and joined our team in December of 2025.

The best part of Victor's day? Making the residents smile. He loves getting to connect with residents and their families. Families frequently comment on Victor's big heart and passion for care. He takes pride in helping to promote a positive culture in our facility.

We had a fantastic Valentine’s Day weekend at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond & Belle Haven Independent and Assisted Living! Our residents and tenants were treated to a wonderful couples lunch and an afternoon of learning how to make Valentine’s Day themed charcuterie boards from Assistant Director of Nursing, Sheri B.!
