What are persistent concussion symptoms? According to the Berlin Consensus Statement, concussion symptoms that last more than 10-14 days in adults, and more than 1 month in children are indications of persistent symptoms. "FYZICAL Therapy Experience: I benefited greatly from every session I had with Coty Rajek. I had fallen down a few steps at a concert and badly bruised my right knee. My balance was off for weeks. I had a fear of falling and wouldnโ€™t go down escalators. My legs are now better than before after 3 weeks of sessions. Coty gave me printed out exercises to do at home and I am continuing to do them every day. It feels great to be confident on my feet again as I shop and do outdoor activities.
